Cycling on the Roof of the World - Himalayan Mountains

This mountain bike tour was an attempt to reach the highest passes in the world (5.600 m).
I have undertaken this trip with a very young cycling friend Tobias Fischnaller.
We reached Kardung La, the highest rideable pass in the world on a wind swept cold day.
After this pass we continued on along the Silk Road into China and Tibet, and completed
the journey with an excellent experience, visiting the Potala Palace in Lhasa before
returning to Katmandu in Nepal.
